California Pacific Crest Trail (PCT)
This is a book excerpt of the Murray Family as they pioneer the Pacific Crest Trail on horseback. Follow the Murray's as they trek through California starting at Mexico. Across the Mojave Desert, over the Cascade and Sierra Nevada Mountains. This was a total journey of 2500 miles at a time before the PCT was completely laid out and the Murray Family was instrumental in setting much of the trail including the now official starting point at Campo, California.
